Billy Childish – The William Loveday Intention: das leid der kriegsmarine Ltd Edition LATHE CUT 45

The William Loveday Intention’s  intention for ‘A CAREER IN A YEAR’ (with 13 LPs recorded in 2020-2021) was scuppered by the vinyl pressing plants being overwhelmed by a sudden fad for proper records. Having run the industry down for years ‘The Majors’ are now re-issuing anything and everything in multiple editions of vinyl, making it impossible for small labels and artists such as Billy, who have always stuck to this format, to do their job. It used to be we could get a record made in 5-6 weeks. Now it takes over a year!

BUT … FEAR NOT!!

We have other means whilst we wait for the factories across the UK and Europe to catch up. Our friend Russ has individually lathe cut an edition of one hundred 7″ singles for us with two new tracks by The William Loveday Intention.

We will also ship these before Christmas.

But, unfortunately the Gotta Move 45 is delayed until the end of January 2022.
