We normally process orders for in-stock items once a week on a Thursday or a Friday.

If you need your order more urgently please let us know by email.

This does not apply to pre-order items which will have an estimated release date on the product listing.

Also at certain times of year we are really busy building Pyramids or putting on events, please bare with us if we are slow in posting.

UK orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service.

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service where possible. Larger/heavier items may be sent by courier.

All customs fees and duties are to be paid by the customer. We cannot predict what these might be and we did not vote for Brexsh*t or Tr*mp.

If you do not pay your customs fees on time and your parcel is returned to us, we can ship the parcel again, but you will need to cover the extra postage. There is no magic postage tree.
