We normally process orders for in-stock items once a week on a Thursday or a Friday.

If you need your order more urgently please let us know by email.

This does not apply to pre-order items which will have an estimated release date on the product listing. Please double-check the product listing before emailing us.

Also at certain times of year we are really busy building Pyramids or putting on events, please bear with us if we are slow in posting.

UK orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service.

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service where possible. If not items may be sent by courier such as UPS / DPD / Evri.

Packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery can be resent to you but we will charge the extra shipping cost.
