Local Psycho (Jem Finer and Jimmy Cauty) first released their Hurdy-Gurdy mayhem in 2023 on Heavenly Records, followed by a 12″ vinyl release of remixes.

The original was always a certified banger custom made to get to No 1 in Bavaria, then remixed into its most primal state ever as the SOLID SLATE LOGIC Mix.

Hand carved into solid 50 million year-old 12″ slate discs as a compressed slab of noise, this is about as heavy as a record can get.

Each disc hand carved, labeled and stamped by the band.

Packaged and released by L-13 Light Industrial Recordings.

A free digital download comes with each disc so you don’t have to destroy your turntable to experience and marvel at the Solid Slate Logic Mix.

SOLID SLATE originally released in a signed crated edition, now on the first anniversary of standing the Gurdy Stone at Lovebrook Farm it is available in a very limited Anniversary edition.

Original Crated Edition:
Edition of 113 signed and numbered copies.
Comes in a screen-printed and labeled card cover that’s housed in a custom ply crate that’s been screen-printed front and back.
