Following a meeting of the Covid-19 NOT-art Authority’s Emergent Essentials Committee to discuss all things Emergent and Essential, it has been decided (against all good judgement and sound clinical advice) to further relax the strict NOT-art restrictions to the point of insanity and allow a series of “original” paintings.

If nothing too bad happens as a result a second edition of NOT-artistic T-shirts will be issued. Then we can all return to normal.
