Once again, a divine wind is blowing hard in the Land of the Rising Sun.

The Peace Tower of Miyazaki has been destroyed!

Left amongst the rubble of this destruction were 50 spray paintings featuring the infamous FAKE! design by the New Not Banksy Realisation of the Rising Sun, and a note of annihilation.

The note of annihilation contained the following message:

As Neo-No-Nothingist NOT-Art InActivists, we the New Not Banksy Realisation of the Rising Sun have rebelled against our inactive selves in a despicable display of bloated bourgeois decadence and taken direct action. We refute the LIES of this world. We denounce all as FAKE! We came into a world of wanton war and destruction and we leave a world of wanton war and destruction.

The Peace Tower of Miyazaki is FAKE! and has been a source of ideological discomfort for decades. It was originally built to glorify Imperial Japan’s occupation of Asian nations and only later (in the 1960s) rededicated as the city’s Peace Tower. The slogan carved into the tower: “Hakko Ichiu” (Eight Corners of the World Under One Roof) is not a message of peace but a message of conquest and subjugation. And, while we applaud such duplicitous & tactical neo-not-re-imaginings of what ISand what IS NOT, our Neo-Nihilist Agenda trumps all and dictates that even as a revised message of peace we the New Not Banksy Realisation of the Rising Sun have a duty to destroy it and ourselves.

The New Not Banksy Realisation of the Rising Sun is dead!

As a parting gift and reminder that we died for you all, we leave you 50 FAKE! stencil paintings – each one unique in its own special way. 25 to be sold in Japan and 25 to be sold in the UK.

This will mark the beginning of a new era of the IS-NOT-BANKSY.

As the IS-NOT-BANKSY we are many. We are everywhere.

On this day, the 18th July 2021, an exhibition celebrating the work of the New Not Banksy Realisation opens at Gallery DNAin Miyazaki, Japan and the first 25 FAKE “originals” will be sold. Then tomorrow, 19th July 2021, on the day of so-called ‘freedom’ and a return to  so-called ‘normal’ in the UK, the other 25 will be sold via the L-13 Light Industrial Workshop and a new IS-NOT-BANKSY force will arise.

Out of the rubble of fake peace will spring the Emergent International New IS-NOT-BANKSY AbNormalcy of the 21stCentury Generation Z.

A new NOT BANKSY has appeared in the rising sun!

This is the new true story of the New NOT BANKSY Realisation

In the shadow of the Peace Tower of Miyazaki a rogue non-collective of Neo-No-Nothingist NOT-Art InActivists has arisen to claim that Banksy is NOT from Bristol, that NOT BANKSY is NOT from Scunthorpe, that STOT21stCplanB do NOT exist, and that all three are in fact the invention of themselves: a Japanese Radical-NOT NOT-Art sect intent on destabilising the dominance of Euro-American Culture and exposing the Western orientated Art World as the calamitous force for evil it truly is. This rogue non-collective sect of Neo-No-Nothingist Radical-NOT NOT-Art InActivists is known as Scorpion Thunderbolt of the 21st Century Plans C, D and E (STOT21stCplansCD&E).

With the publication of a second NOT BANKSY screen print edition to be made, this normally inactive and secretive non-collective have made the following explanatory statement about their activities.

“We STOT21stCplansCD&E, being a non-collective sect of Neo-No-Nothingist Radical-NOT NOT-Art InActivists, are the true New NOT BANKSY Realisation.

 Our extreme form of non-collectivism was born of the unawareness (and a flaccid concrete irreality) in Japan that innovations in suppression could not exist without worthless inaction undertaken through deviant strategic disturbances. Whereas Nothingism and Neo-Nothingism liberated NOT-art in a chained discursive cage, it never liberated the Non-artwork as a material Non-artifact or the Anartist as anti-creator. Keeping the decentrality of “Non-collectivism and Neo-No-Nothingism” in mind, we capture and release two essential traits of Neo-No-Nothingism in Japan: the “don’t do it yourself” spirit and the “anti-social engagement” in the unawareness of a broader public insignificance. This statement was found with a pile of 250 prints on the doorstep of the Liberty lifestyle shop and cafe in Miyazaki, with additional instructions to sell the first 50 copies in Japan and export the remaining 200 to be sold to ‘the West’ through their longstanding co-conspirators, the L-13 Light Industrial Workshop.
